Way to start work on a Monday morning after such a brief break last week. Yet another Kaizen event (improvement initiative) and early morning kicks off with another boring debriefs of the “LEAN” principles, Toyota Production System bla.. bla.. see what I mean … all the craps with minimising wastages, being efficient stuffs etc … There on it’s site walk under the blazing hot sun to the fabrication yard and material warehouse till lunch and another warehouse again in the afternoon but at some other place. Perhaps the only positive thing is probably being not nominated as the one of the two unluckly team leaders for tomorrow’s wrapping up or summarising sessions…he.he.. I’m pretty sure tomorrow would be a better day.
