I was tinkering and trying hard to figure out my print spooling problem. I’ve checked the dependency service (RPC) but still can’t restart my printer spool service. Only then I realised that some printer like Lexmark normally installs a service LexBCES and makes the printer spooler dependent to it. I think this might be handy for others who may encounter similar problem.
Using command prompt just type sc config spooler depend= RPCSS and hit enter key and walla …. solve this pain in the neck.
